Transport
Options
- Due to Yemen's mountainous terrain most tours will be undertaken in 4 x 4 cars, with 3 to 4 passengers per car.
- Also available are:
Air-conditioned mini buses to seat 18 - 20 passengers.
Coaches to seat 10 -14 passengers.
Deluxe luxury coaches to seat 45 -50 passengers.
Limousines are available on request.
Reservation Policy
- Group reservations to be made in writing at least three months in
advance.
- Confirmed reservation with rooming list to be provided two months in
advance.
- Individual reservations if made directly to be made one month in
advance.
Payment Policy
- 50% of advance on confirmation of group/ individual.
- Full and final settlement before the arrival of the group.
- Payments are to be made via telex transfer to "Ashtal travel
& Tourism".

Cancellation and Refund
Policy
- Further to confirmation if tour is cancelled 10% of total amount
payable will be deducted towards administrative charges. Bank charges will be on actuals.
- If tour is cancelled one month before scheduled date of arrival 25%
less bank charges, will be deducted from total amount payable.
- If tour is cancelled one week before scheduled date of arrival 40%
will be deducted from total amount payable.
- If tour is cancelled between six and three days 50% will be deducted
from total amount payable.
- If tour is cancelled 2 days or less 100% will be deducted from total
amount, payable.
- Cancellation is to be made in writing, by the client, directly to
Ashtal Travel & Tourism.
Alterations
- Ashtal Travel & Tourism reserves the right to alter any of the
facilities, hotels or services offered in its web site without prior notice.
- Prices are subject to variation if there is an increase due to
government action, a change in exchange rates, or increase in transportation or fuel
prices.
- Prices are subject to increase without prior notice.
